- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of residential plots, villa projects,commertial buildings and site execution
- Experience in quantity estimation, billing, BOQ, and project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication and team management skills
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise residential plot and villa development projects
- Monitor site execution, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Prepare bills, BOQs, and project reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Preferred: Candidates living near Hitech City or willing to commute.
