Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job SummaryGlobal Syndicate Finance is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and assist clients in obtaining suitable business and mortgage loan solutions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales and customer handling.

• Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, digital platforms, references, and field networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners.
• Understand client funding requirements and explain available loan products.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and coordinate with the operations team for documentation and processing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
• Coordinate with verification, legal, and finance teams for smooth file processing.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports and update management on pipeline status.
• Participate in promotional activities, business meetings, and client presentations.

• Required skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of business loans and mortgage loans.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work under target-based environments.
• Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Educational Qualification
• 12th pass
• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA, or any related field.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

• Experience0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
• Experience in lead generation or tele-sales will be an added advantage.
