Job Role

✓ Build and lead a strong freelance advisor network

✓ Generate life insurance business through personal and team efforts

✓ Guide and mentor advisors for sales growth

✓ Develop long-term customer and business relationships

Key Responsibilities

✓ Recruit and onboard freelance advisors / leaders

✓ Train and support advisors in insurance sales activities

✓ Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities

✓ Help advisors achieve monthly business targets

✓ Expand network through referrals and field activities

✓ Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

✓ Ensure smooth policy processing and customer support

Required Skills

✓ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✓ Leadership and team-handling ability

✓ Strong networking and relationship-building skills

✓ Sales-oriented and self-motivated mindset

✓ Experience in Insurance / BFSI / Direct Sales is preferred

Eligibility

✓ +2 Prefferd

✓ Experience in sales, insurance, marketing, or networking is an advantage
