Job Description

MedPlus Health Services Limited is hiring for a Business Development Executive


Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2–4 Years

Job Responsibilities:


* Lease renewals and rental negotiations.

* Identifying and finalizing new properties.

* Coordinating with landlords and property owners.

* Conducting field visits and negotiating rental terms.


Requirements:


* Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or leasing.

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Willingness to travel on a two-wheeler.

* Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

* Week Off: Sunday
