Job Description

Leo Tax Filing is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to handle client communication and provide a smooth service experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls with clients.
  • Communicate with clients through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Understand client requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Collect and follow up on required documents.
  • Coordinate with the tax filing team to complete client work.
  • Resolve client queries and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Follow up with clients for pending information and payments.


Requirements:


  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling international inbound & outbound calls.
  • Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Freshers can also apply.
