Area Manager

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our team.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in retail/F&B/multi-outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple outlets to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
• Train, coach, and develop outlet managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control across all outlets.
• Prepare operational reports and submit performance updates to management.
• Coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail/F&B operations and staff training.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is an advantage.
