Job Description – Accounts Executive Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. The candidate should have strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, a good understanding of accounting principles and statutory accounting requirements, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Tally and MS Excel.
• Ensure proper recording of income, expenses, purchases, and payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Good command of MS Excel, including formulas, data handling, and reporting.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and applicable accounting rules.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare organization will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with hospital billing, patient collections, insurance/TPA receivables, and healthcare financial operations will be preferred.
