Experience: 2–5 years of experience in bakery franchise development.

Role Summary

Responsible for expanding the bakery brand by identifying, recruiting, and on boarding new franchise partners in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify franchise leads.
• Meet potential franchise investors and present the business opportunity.
• Identify suitable locations for new bakery outlets.
• Achieve franchise sales and outlet opening targets.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for franchise setup.
• Maintain relationships with franchise partners.
• Submit regular sales and market reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
