Project Manager

Role Overview:

The Project Manager (ASM) Male will be responsible for end-to-end management of field operations. The role involves leading field teams, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting project targets, and maintaining strong coordination with client and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage field operations across assigned project locations to ensure timely execution.
• Plan and allocate tasks and targets to Team Leaders and Field Executives.
• Supervise and drive performance of Team Leaders and field staff (FSEs).
• Conduct daily briefings, reviews, and performance evaluations with Team Leaders.
• Provide training, guidance, and on-ground problem-solving support to teams.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and operational efficiency of field teams.
• Track and ensure daily survey progress and target achievement.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
• Handle field-level escalations and ensure quick resolution.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, government departments, Police, Local Politicians and local authorities.
• Ensure clear communication flow between management and field teams.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in any field operations management, GIS/Survey projects will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage large field teams.
• Good understanding of government project execution and coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in reporting and MIS preparation.
