- Main Work: Prepare Indian dishes like curry, biryani, kebab, naan, roti, and tandoori items
- Use tandoor oven safely for cooking naan, chicken, fish, and kebabs
- Basic English
- Good knowledge of food cost
- Keep kitchen clean and follow hygiene rules
- Check food quality and taste before serving
- Team Handling
- Maintain stock of food items and report shortages
- Skills Needed: Basic knowledge of working on the system
- Experience in tandoor/Indian cooking is preferred
