Cafe Staff

Job Summary:

Café staff are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve icecream and other beverages.
• Serve food items according to café standards.
• Operate the cash register and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, service, and kitchen areas.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service.
• RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cash-handling and POS system knowledge.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
