Collection Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups

• Educate customers on payment options, resolve queries, and encourage timely repayment

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and promises to pay

• Provide daily updates and reports to the team lead/manager

• Meet monthly recovery targets and contribute to the team’s performance

• Handle objections and escalate complex cases to seniors when needed

• Adhere to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
