Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Inventory Lead to manage medicine inventory operations at our Dhulagarh warehouse.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising manpower, ensuring proper stock handling, and preparing timely operational reports.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day medicine inventory operations with high accuracy and proper stock control.
• Ensure accurate receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch, stock counting and reconciliation.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inventory records and documentation.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification and identify discrepancies.
• Supervise and manage a team of approximately 20 warehouse executives.
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly inventory and manpower reports.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions in coordination with relevant teams.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of medicines as per company SOPs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch and other warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, productivity and shift-wise manpower planning.
• Ensure proper handover and reporting at the end of the night shift.
• Follow all applicable warehouse safety, quality and compliance procedures.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate preferred with 3–6 years of relevant experience in inventory/warehouse operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or e-commerce warehouse operations will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation and warehouse processes.
• Previous experience in team handling of 15–20+ manpower is preferred.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/warehouse management systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
