Job Title: Hindi Teacher (CBSE Curriculum)

Location: Liluah, Howrah

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Experience Required: 1–2 years

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified Hindi Teacher for a CBSE-affiliated school in Liluah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to primary/middle school students, fostering strong communication skills, and delivering structured lessons aligned with CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
• Teach Hindi grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and literature effectively.
• Assess and monitor student academic progress through regular tests, assignments, and class participation.
• Maintain classroom discipline and cultivate a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Organize Hindi literary activities, debates, recitation, and cultural events.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), and school functions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi (B.A. in Hindi) or relevant field; B.Ed / D.El.Ed is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or English-medium school.
• Skills:
• Strong command over written and spoken Hindi.
• Basic proficiency in English/Bengali for effective communication within the school.
• Good classroom management and student engagement techniques.
• Location: Candidates residing in or near Liluah, Belur, Bally, or Howrah will be given preference.
