Silo Cosmotech is a growing cosmetic manufacturing company engaged in the development and production of high-quality personal care, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence in Howrah and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, beauty stores & salons regularly.
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new dealers and retailers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Promote Silo Cosmotech products and introduce new product launches.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely order collection and follow-up for payments.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Cosmetics, FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty Products, or Pharma.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within Howrah and nearby areas.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
