Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Field Promotion & Campaigns: Execute on-ground marketing activities, promotional events, flyer distributions, and brand activations across designated localities.
- Local Market Outreach: Visit potential clients, retail partners, or business hubs daily to pitch our offerings and expand local market reach.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and onboard potential customers, collect market intelligence, and coordinate with the team to close leads.
- Merchandising & Branding: Ensure marketing collateral, banners, and promotional materials are properly displayed at partner or target locations.
- Daily Reporting: Track daily field visits, report campaign outcomes, and share competitor insights with management.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Transportation (Mandatory): Must have a valid driving license, a personal two-wheeler (bike), and a smartphone.
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream.
- Experience: freshers or experience in field sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with good local area knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Skills Required:
- Good local navigation and geographical knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
