Debt Recovery Agent

• Role: Debt Recovery Agent (Telecaller/Field)
• Objective: Recover pending dues and minimize bad debt while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Call Customers: Make outbound calls and answer inbound inquiries regarding overdue accounts and missed payments.
• Negotiate Terms: Explain available payment options and set up realistic, structured settlement plans.
• Update Records: Log all customer interactions, promises to pay, and status updates accurately in the CRM database.
• Follow Up: Track pending accounts on a daily and weekly basis until final payment resolution.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure all communication remains polite, lawful, and free of threats or harassment. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 10th or 12th grade pass; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Certification: Preferred or required local debt recovery certification (such as IIBF DRA) or willingness to complete training.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, patience, and high-level negotiation abilities.
