Job Description
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Staff member to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling data entry, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records and databases.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, invoices, and reports.
- Handle routine administrative and back-office tasks.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, operations, and other departments as required.
- Verify information and ensure documents are complete and accurate.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Respond to internal queries and provide administrative support to the team.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Follow up on pending documents, payments, orders, or other operational requirements.
- Assist with general office coordination and other duties assigned by management
