Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer with hands-on experience in VMC machine setting and CNC programming.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient machining operations, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines for production.

• Develop and modify CNC programs (preferably using software like Mastercam/Edgecam or similar).

• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets accurately.

• Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.

• Conduct first-off inspection and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with design and quality teams for process improvements.

• Maintain proper documentation for production and tooling.

• Ensure adherence to safety and 5S standards on the shop floor.
