Tool maker

Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Equivalent

Experience: 1–5 Years

Industry Preference: Die & Mould Manufacturing / Injection Moulding

-Key Responsibilities:Perform assembly, fitting, and troubleshooting of injection moulds.

-Handle end-to-end mould assembly activities ensuring quality and timely completion.

-Attend mould trials, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

-Participate in trial review meetings and drive continuous improvements.

-Work on conventional tool room machines as required.

-Carry out drilling, tapping, fitting, and finishing of mould components.

-Ensure trouble-free mould performance and flash-free components during initial trials.

-Analyze mould and product-related issues and support problem resolution.

-Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards within the tool room.

-Complete assigned jobs within planned timelines and production targets.

Required Skills:

-Strong knowledge of mould manufacturing and mould assembly

-Hands-on experience in injection mould assembly

-Exposure to Hot Runner moulds will be an added advantage

-Knowledge of tool room machining operations

-Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly layouts

-Problem-solving skills related to mould function and product quality

-Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Tamil

-Willingness to work in shifts
