Job Description
- Install and commission vending machines at customer sites
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine faults (mechanical, electrical, or electronic)
- Support customer sites with basic operational training and issue resolution
- Coordinate spare parts and service escalations with the manufacturer where needed
- Travel to customer locations across Hosur and surrounding areas for service calls
- Represent the company professionally during customer visits — service quality directly builds our reputation
- Report recurring issues or product-quality concerns to management
