EDM Operator – Engineer/Snr Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating CNC EDM machines.
2. Electrode and Job setting on machine.
3. Knowledge about CNC EDM programming.
4. Knowledge on Spark Gap and parameter settings.
5. Drawing study 2D.
6. 3D knowledge will be added advantage.
7. Electrode design knowledge will be added advantage.
8. Knowledge about achieving different surface finishes in EDM.
9. Knowledge about Angular and multi axis sparking will be added advantage.

Minimum Qualification:

• Qualification: ITI / Degree / Diploma holder

• Must have minimum 3 years of experience on MAKINO / SODICK machines

• Good communication skill

• Willing to work in shifts

• Willing to relocate near to factory

• Willing to work with team

• Willing to work on multiple machines
