Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines for producing precision components as per production requirements.

The candidate should ensure quality standards, machine efficiency, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, or Milling machines as per production requirements.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines.
• Monitor machine operations and make minor offset corrections when required.
• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.
• Ensure components meet quality specifications and engineering drawings.
• Maintain production records and machine logs.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning activities.
• Follow safety procedures and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CNC machine operation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection.
• Basic understanding of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Profile Experience in CNC Turning Center, VMC, HMC, or Milling Machine operations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Tamil Candidates preferred
