Job Description
- Handle incoming enquiries and proactively generate leads through outbound calling and networking.
- Understand client requirements, budgets and event expectations.
- Arrange and conduct site visits, showcasing Vismaya's banquet halls and outdoor event spaces.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with clients for booking confirmations, advance payments and outstanding dues.
- Visit corporate offices and businesses to generate offline bookings for corporate events, conferences and celebrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for event planning and execution.
- Oversee on-ground event arrangements and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain lead databases, booking records and sales reports.
- Build relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Candidate Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in banquet sales, hotel sales, hospitality or event management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Experience in lead generation, field sales and closing deals.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for corporate meetings.
- Comfortable working on weekends and during events.
