Job Description
▸ Assemble seat components — frames, foam, fabric, recliner mechanisms, headrests, and armrests — as per work instructions.
▸ Operate pneumatic guns, rivet tools, staple guns, sewing jigs, and other assembly fixtures.
▸ Fit and secure seat covers using stitching guides, clips, and hog rings accurately.
▸ Perform visual and dimensional quality checks at each assembly stage.
▸ Record production data on job cards or digital systems.
