Relationship Manager

Mahaan Altisium is a 7-year-old real estate and plotted development company. We are currently focused on the residential apartment segment and offer budget-friendly homes with premium amenities.

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to handle customer interactions and support coordination between the sales team and management. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and possess good communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Have a good understanding of all sales activities and project details
• Interact with customers regarding payments, registrations, and general queries
• Coordinate effectively between the sales team and the Director
• Maintain proper follow-up and ensure smooth communication with clients

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak Kannada
• Fluent English is required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Good presentation skills are required
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude preferred

Work Details:

• Working days: 6 days a week
• Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Home-cooked lunch will be provided
