Job Description
Monitor and execute daily production plans to achieve target output.
Ensure smooth operation of assembly lines and manufacturing processes.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
Monitor manpower allocation and optimize productivity.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
Analyze production losses, downtime, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures.
Monitor line balancing and improve process efficiency.
Support new model introduction (NPI/NPD) and production ramp-up activities.
