Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Tracking: Monitor daily inventory levels using supply chain and inventory management software.
- Replenishment: Order new stock and raw materials to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Supplier Management: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate costs, and resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and inventory clerks.
- Reporting: Generate data reports on inventory turnover, shrinkage, and valuation. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
