LOCATION:

  • Current (Temporary) location (Till October 2026) — Bhattarahalli, Old Madras Road, Near Reliance Digital
  • Permanent location (From October 2026) - Industrial Area, Chokkahalli, Hoskote (Near Akzo Nobel India Limited)

SALARY: ₹22,000 – ₹25000 per month

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years

EDUCATION: PUC / Any Graduate (Commerce preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Executive to handle billing, dispatch tracking, and documentation for our B2B supply business. This is a back-office role based in Bangalore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare sales invoices and delivery challans

• Track outstation dispatches and update records

• Send order confirmation emails to clients

• Scan hard copy documents and store digitally

• File and maintain all billing and dispatch documents

• Maintain and update Excel records regularly

• Make Purchase entries / Payment entries in software and maintain records.

• Perform Bank transfer and entries in software.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• MS Excel – data entry and basic formulas

• Good typing speed in English (min. 35 WPM)

• Email drafting in English

• Languages: Kannada (must), Hindi and English (working knowledge)

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer skills – Windows, folders, email, google sheets

PREFERRED (NOT MANDATORY):

• Knowledge of GST invoice formats

• Experience with Tally or any billing software
