• Portfolio Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with mapped clients, acting as their trusted financial advisor. 
• Sales & Cross-selling: Analyze client needs to cross-sell and upsell products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, mutual funds, mortgages, and insurance. 
• Customer Service: Act as a single point of contact to address queries, resolve escalations quickly, and ensure service excellence throughout the customer lifecycle. 
• Business Development: Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers through networking, local events, and leveraging existing client referrals.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all financial transactions and interactions comply with banking regulations and internal policies, while maintaining accurate logs in Customer Relationship Management
