Restaurant Captain

Rua is a vibrant dining destination known for exceptional service, delicious cuisine, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate professionals to join us in the following roles:

• Restaurant CaptainSupervise and guide service staff during shifts
• Ensure smooth dining operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
• Train and mentor stewards and servers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality/service roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Restaurant StewardAssist in serving food and beverages to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
• Support the Captain and service team in daily operations
• Ensure guest satisfaction with attentive service

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality preferred (freshers may apply)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
