About the Company

Synergy Engineering INC is a Pune-based PMC firm specialising in institutional and healthcare construction. We are currently executing a 100-bed Multi-Speciality Hospital at Khed Shivapur, Pune and are hiring site engineers to join our team.

Role Overview

You will supervise construction activities on site, certify contractor bills, maintain quality records, and report progress to the Principal Consultant. The role demands hands-on site presence and good documentation discipline.

Key Responsibilities

▸  Supervise civil, RCC, MEP, and finishing works; monitor progress against schedule.

▸  Conduct stage-wise QC inspections; maintain NCR registers and test records.

▸  Measure and certify contractor RA bills; verify BOQ items and variation orders.

▸  Prepare weekly progress reports with photographs and bar charts.

▸  Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and statutory authorities on site.

▸  Enforce safety practices — PPE compliance, scaffolding checks, hazard reporting.
