Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Floor and Plant Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum factory floors, staircases, and walkways. Remove industrial dust, debris, or packaging waste regularly.
  • Washroom Upkeep: Clean and disinfect factory restrooms, handwash areas, and locker rooms at fixed intervals. Refill liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
  • Waste Management: Collect trash and industrial waste from designated bins. Transfer waste to main disposal sites following basic segregation rules.
  • Office and Common Areas: Dust office desks, clean windows, and wipe down cafeteria or pantry tables.
  • Safety Compliance: Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) like gloves and non-slip shoes. Avoid restricted machine zones unless authorized. Report safety hazards or chemical spills immediately.
  • Inventory Control: Inform supervisors when cleaning supplies or consumables run low.
