Key Responsibilities: Hydraulic compressor machine operator - Una Himachal pradesh

Machine Operation :

• Operate hydraulic compression molding machines as per production requirements.
• Load molds and materials according to approved process parameters.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, curing time, and machine settings during operation.
• Ensure proper molding and finishing of footwear components.

Production Management :

• Achieve daily production targets as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure continuous machine operation with minimum downtime.
• Coordinate with material handling and quality teams for smooth production flow.
• Report production delays or machine issues immediately.

Quality Control :

• Inspect molded products for defects such as under-curing, over-curing, air bubbles, cracks, flash, or dimensional variations.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Segregate and report defective products for corrective action.

Machine Maintenance :

• Conduct routine pre-start and shift-wise machine inspections.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and basic lubrication.
• Report breakdowns, abnormal sounds, oil leakage, or hydraulic issues to the maintenance department.
• Assist during preventive maintenance activities.

Safety & Housekeeping :

• Follow all safety procedures while operating hydraulic equipment.
• Use prescribed PPE at all times.
• Ensure safe handling of molds and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area.

Documentation :

• Record daily production, rejection, and downtime data.
• Maintain machine operation logs and production reports.
• Report shift-wise performance to the supervisor.

Qualification & Experience :

• ITI / 10th / 12th Pass.
• 2–5 years of experience operating hydraulic compression molding machines in footwear, rubber, EVA, PVC, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of molding processes and machine settings preferred.

Required Skills :

• Knowledge of hydraulic compression molding operations.
• Understanding of production and quality standards.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and achieve production targets.
• Awareness of industrial safety practices.
