🔹 Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Lead and manage the showroom sales team.

Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.

Generate walk-ins through local marketing activities.

Ensure regular customer follow-ups for maximum conversions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.

Train and guide sales executives.

Maintain showroom standards and vehicle display.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in Two Wheeler/Automobile Sales.

Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
