Position Summary

The General Manager – Manufacturing Operations & Efficiency will be responsible for leading all manufacturing operations and ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations and achieve production targets. 
• Drive process optimisation, yield improvement, and operational efficiency. 
• Manage manufacturing costs, utilities, manpower, maintenance, and process losses. 
• Establish operational budgets and monitor departmental spending. 
• Improve equipment reliability and plant uptime. 
• Strengthen quality systems and compliance. 
• Ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance. 
• Develop teams, leaders, and employee capabilities. 

Preferences

• 10–18 years of experience in process manufacturing.
