🚨 WE ARE HIRING – MOBILIZER | HAMIRPUR, HIMACHAL PRADESH
We are looking for a Local Candidate Mobilizer for our Employment Center in Hamirpur.
📍 Location: Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh
💼 Position: Mobilizer – Employment Center
Key Responsibilities:
• Mobilize job-seeking candidates from Hamirpur and nearby areas
• Visit Panchayats, ITIs, Colleges, Skill Centers and local communities
• Bring candidates to the Employment Center for job opportunities
• Counsel candidates regarding employment opportunities
• Maintain daily candidate leads and follow-ups
• Build a strong local network for regular candidate sourcing
Preferred Candidate:
✔ Local candidate from Hamirpur
✔ Experience in Mobilization / Skill Development / NGO / Placement / Field Work preferred
✔ Strong local network and communication skills
✔ Target-oriented and willing to travel locally
💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 + Performance Incentive
