Vedic Zaika (Instant Masale) is a fast-growing FMCG brand committed to delivering pure, adulteration-free spice products. we are aggressively expanding our distribution network across the Gwalior Chambal Region and Shivpuri market.

Role summary

As Sales Manager, you will lead Vedic Zaika's on-ground sales operations — building our retailer and distributor network, managing the field team, and consistently driving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Place products across wholesaler's, Distributor's, retailers, Kirana stores, and supermarkets in Gwalior and surrounding areas.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and super-stockists

Supervise Field Marketing Managers with daily beat plans and reporting accountability

Set, review, and achieve monthly sales targets

Plan and execute introductory market activities for new product launches

Manage daily order booking, collections, and market feedback

Track competitor activities and share actionable insights with management

Requirements

Experience

2–5 years, FMCG preferred

Education

Graduate (any stream)

Language

Hindi (basic English)

Vehicle

Two-wheeler (mandatory)

Must-have skills: Strong understanding of retail/GT channels, Spice industries Experience, team handling, order management, and basic smartphone/WhatsApp reporting. Good knowledge of the local Gwalior market is essential.
