JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (CRO)

Location: Gwalior, MP

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Min. 6 Months


Role Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, explain Airtel products and services, and maintain customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and service requests.
  • Explain Airtel plans, products, and services.
  • Manage follow-ups and customer relationships.
  • Identify sales and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain customer records and achieve assigned targets.


Requirements:

  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
