Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to drive business growth across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for dealer/distributor management, channel sales expansion, market development, and achieving sales targets in the EV/Battery/Automotive segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand dealer/distributor network in the assigned region
• Drive primary and secondary sales growth
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas
• Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations
• Execute local promotional and branding activities
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in sales/channel sales
• Experience in EV, battery, automotive, solar, or related industries preferred
• Strong dealer/distributor management experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
• Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned territory
