Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students and parents, explaining our courses, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads (students/parents) provided by the company
Explain courses (Government Exam, APSC, NEET, Board, etc.) in a clear and convincing way
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Convert inquiries into paid enrollments
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/sales sheet
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
