Job Responsibilities

- Call prospective students and parents to explain our courses.

- Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain strong relationships.

- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams.

Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (Graduation preferred).

- Excellent communication skills in Assamese, Hindi, or English.

- Prior Tele Sales/BPO/Education Sales experience is preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
