Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers / Student Counsellors to guide students and parents regarding higher education opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for calling student leads, understanding their educational requirements, counseling them about suitable courses and colleges, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Call prospective students and parents from company-generated leads.

Explain various courses, colleges, universities, admission processes, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.

Understand students' academic background and suggest suitable options.

Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.

Maintain lead records and update CRM/software regularly.

Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

Coordinate with admission teams and partner institutions.

Handle student queries professionally and provide excellent customer support.

Eligibility:

Minimum Qualification: minimum Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, or any North East regional language.

Basic computer knowledge and internet usage skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
