Sales & Marketing Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, visiting clients regularly, maintaining strong customer relationships, generating enquiries, and converting enquiries into orders.

The ideal candidate should be confident, active, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRegularly visit existing and potential clients to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Identify and approach new customers, contractors, consultants, industries, and project sites for business opportunities.
• Maintain good and professional relationships with existing clients for repeat business and future requirements.
• Generate new enquiries and sales leads through client visits, calls, references, and market visits.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/internal team for suitable solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and pending orders with clients.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Keep regular follow-up with clients regarding order status, delivery, and customer requirements.
• Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, upcoming projects, and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper records of client visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and orders.
• Submit regular daily/weekly sales and visit reports to management.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
