About the Company

The White Chocolate Company is a new premium chocolate brand being launched in Guwahati. We are building an affordable, high-quality chocolate brand with a strong focus on taste, presentation and customer experience.

We are looking for confident, energetic and well-spoken Field Sales Executives to help us introduce our products to customers, shops, colleges and other potential sales locations across Guwahati.

Responsibilities

• Visit shops, cafés, colleges and other potential sales locations.
• Introduce and explain our chocolate products to customers and retailers.
• Approach potential customers confidently and generate sales.
• Build relationships with retailers and local businesses.
• Take orders and maintain basic daily sales records.
• Collect customer feedback and report it to the company.
• Help increase product visibility and brand awareness.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Represent the brand professionally.

What We Are Looking For

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Assamese.
• Confident and comfortable approaching new people.
• Friendly, energetic and persuasive personality.
• Good presentation and professional appearance.
• Willingness to travel locally for field work.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Previous sales/marketing experience is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
