Job Responsibilities: Collection/Debt Recovery Executive.
- Visit customers to collect overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and collections.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
- Report daily activities and collection updates to the supervisor.
- Follow ethical and legal collection practices at all times.
