We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales and Distribution Executive for our Beauty, Skin, and Hair Care brand in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our retail presence, onboarding new cosmetic shops, kirana stores, and beauty salons, and managing smooth product distribution in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion: Visit markets daily to onboard new retail outlets, cosmetics stores, beauty parlors, and supermarkets.
• Order Generation: Take regular orders from existing retailers and ensure secondary sales growth.
• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent, long-term relationships with dealers and shop owners.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection and clear accounting from the market.
• Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly sales and distribution targets.
