Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up customer orders/packages from the hub, warehouse, or store.
  • Deliver orders safely and on time to customers within the assigned area.
  • Verify customer details and collect Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.
  • Handle packages carefully and maintain proper delivery records.
  • Use a smartphone/app for order updates, navigation, and proof of delivery.
  • Coordinate with the hub/supervisor regarding delivery issues, failed deliveries, and returns.
  • Follow company SOPs, traffic rules, and safety guidelines.
  • Complete the assigned number of deliveries/targets each day.
  • Maintain professional behaviour and good customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10th pass preferred.
  • Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred.
  • Android smartphone with internet connection.
  • Good knowledge of the local area and basic navigation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
