Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and impressive Communications & Outreach Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should come from a Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or PR background and possess strong communication and marketing skills.

The role requires someone who is confident in pitching ideas, creating and delivering presentations, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication: Handle day-to-day communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams with clarity and professionalism.
• Marketing: Support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas that align with client and business objectives.
• Pitch & Presentation: Prepare and present pitches, proposals, presentations, and ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Outreach: Support communication and outreach initiatives to build relevant professional connections and opportunities.
• Idea & Concept Development: Contribute creative and relevant ideas for campaigns, pitches, and communication initiatives.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and confidently communicate ideas, updates, and recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, marketing, PR, and account teams to execute communication initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, PR, or a related field.
• Educational background in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, PR, or a related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing and communication.
• Confident pitching and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A confident, proactive, and impressive professional personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience working with an agency or multiple brands/clients.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
