We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Client Relationship Executive (CRE) for our new Guwahati branch. The role involves communicating with clients, making cold calls, handling follow-ups, coordinating client visits to our office, and contributing to revenue and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make cold calls to existing and prospective clients as per the company's calling process.

Communicate with clients professionally and understand their requirements.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients through calls and other communication channels.

Coordinate and schedule client visits to the office for further discussions.

Explain company services/products and provide relevant information to clients.

Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client handling and follow-up.

Maintain accurate client information, call records, follow-ups, and visit details in the CRM.

Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales, revenue, and performance targets.

Follow up with clients to support conversions and business closure.

Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding calls, client interactions, office visits, and conversions.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and professional communication over the phone.

Good convincing and client-handling skills.

Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
